I can’t say I was happy with webair. I was on a shared virtual plan with them several years ago and I was not pleased with the amount of downtime my sites suffered. I had to constantly contact support to report errors and problems.

While their control panel is easy to use, and their support was exceptional I can’t say I was pleased with the quality of the product. In addition to alot of downtime, there also was an issue with speed as my websites often loaded too slowly.

Support is exceptional as there was always someone there to answer the chat window right away and calling by phone was never a problem. Perhaps things at webair have improved, but I for one will never be a repeat customer there.

Webair is the service I use now and have used for the past year. Personally I have never had a problem with their service or uptime of any of my sites. While I feel there are better services out there. They are good for the price they charge and their support is almost top notch. I am happy with webair.

I have used them for the last 3 years, first for adult webmasters forum i was working on and later for my other web sites. All time summed impression about their service is average, not very bad but also not very good. Every few months there happens something because of what sites are offline for period from several hours up to more than a day. Support tickets are answered after half a day or more usually, live support is better but it’s only reserved for people who have dedicated servers.

I have had Dedicated and Virtual packages with Webair now for quite a few years.

Previously I had been through 5 or 6 hosting companies in fairly quick succession because I found either the support, facilities or progressive prices unacceptable.

It is testament to Webair that since I found them around this period I have not needed another provider.

I have have always found the support to be superior and prices more fair - they value their customers both old and new.

Not a good first year with this company. The first 6 months were smooth. Last few months were a crap shoot at best.

Went from no down time and no errors, to db errors ( One Was Unrecoverable), downtime, server lag, bad customer support, ect. This has led to unreturned calls, unanswered tickets. I’m currently shopping to move hosts. That’s how I found this site.

In my experience, I’d suggest you keep looking if you are considering webair.

Most bed reviews of Webair will be about their virtual hosting, which is maybe not the fastest if you’re doing lots of MySQL.

I have had a dedicated server with them for two years and it is rock solid. Support is always on the ball, not that I’ve had to trouble them much in that time. And it is costing me less than some hosts will charge for a VPS with less bandwidth.

Best host i ever used. Fast network, Live online support which i love, toll free phone support real 24/7. I honestly dont have a bad thing to say about them.
