I’ve been with Colo for about a year now and am very happy with the service. I believe the pricing is a little bit higher than some others you’ll find, but the service is outstanding. I have never, in the entire year I’ve been with them spent more than 20 seconds waiting to get an experienced tech on the phone with me. They know their stuff, they don’t put you on hold and they get stuff done right away.

For this reason alone I have no intentions of moving to another host, even if the price is better. It’s really hard to find service like this these days and these guys are top notch in the customer service department. As far as reliability goes, I’ve had a little bit of downtime, but not much and even then it was only for a few minutes. For me, the customer service trumps that easily.

I’ve been with Colo-cation for almost 3 years now and in all that time I’ve only experienced 1 period of 3 hours of downtime. Their support is really great and they’ve helped me quite a few times with transferring scrips/sites from one host to their host, even from their host to another one.
I really don’t have anything bad to say about them, they’re always up and the price/quality is very reasonable.
I’d recommend them to everyone.

A great host, i’m with them for more then a year and never had any serious problems. Few times it happened that sites are offline for very very short periods but even when it happened their support was great and they always reply very fast. I have both adult and non-adult sites hosted with them.

I have recently returned to Colo after making the HUGE mistake of switching to a well-known, slightly cheaper, host. Though I was truly coming back with my tail between my legs, they were amazingly kind and supportive and, in fact, stayed up into the wee hours of the morning with me, attempting to get my old host to make my old server stable enough for the data to be transfered to Colo. And then the owner of Colo was online with me early the very next day and quite miraculously salvaged every single file from the old server which I, after 24 hours of downtime, still couldn’t even reach via SSH.

Not only did they transfer all of my data, install my databases, update my file paths so that my sites would work correctly the moment I changed my name servers, they also discovered a major security vulnerability in one of the scripts which had already allowed hackers to attack my old box. (The other “managed” host decided it was easier to unplug my server rather than find the problem.)

If it wasn’t for Colo’s efforts, I’d be out of business. I don’t know about you, but I have too many years of work and a lot of money invested. I can’t leave my business in the hands of one of those under-priced over-selling hosts any longer. How do people who use those budget hosts sleep at night?

I’ve already told all of my friends that if I ever mention switching hosts again - force me into the nut hut because I’ve obviously lost my mind.

I switched to Colo well over a year ago and my only regret is that I didn’t start there or at least switch sooner.

As previously stated, their customer support is really top notch. Their staff is very quick to respond and always helpful. The owner, who seems to have an infinitely deep knowledge of all things IT, has also let me pick his brain multiple times, freely given me more helpful information then I asked for and also solutions to problems I hadn’t even considered. The owner is the reason I switched originally, and the quality of their service is the reason I stay and even encourage others to switch.

Where Colo-Cation really shines is in the reliability and performance of their hosting service. Even though they’re not the absolute cheapest hosting solution out there (they’re still pretty inexpensive) you’ll still get top level performance out of their clean and efficient machines. You’ll get a lot more then what you pay for at Colo-Cation, which is far more then I can say for a few other hosts I’ve experienced.

Everything works the way it’s supposed to at Colo-Cation. The few times my service has been down (what host has 100% up times anyway?) they’ve come back up right away, again far better then other hosts I’ve experienced.

At Colo-Cation you can feel secure knowing the people in charge know what they’re doing. It’s more then a sense of peace of mind that nothing bad will happen, with Colo you’ll feel like there’s no limits to the growth of your business.

Like Useless, since I switched to Colo-Cation I wouldn’t even consider moving to another host.

I moved over after checking some major adult sites and seeing where they hosted, and reviews aside, I thought I’d try them out. The price was very reasonable, and I started on their virtual plan. With unlimited domains, I knew this would be a good choice.

The owner, Chris, got things up and running within a day and I could tell the speed difference was quicker almost immediately. Traffic increased almost 40% from day one, so clearly these servers were not oversold.

I’ve been with them now almost 2 years and have never slept better. If the sites are down, they come back up almost immediately, and anything you need is taken care of quickly and professionally.

I was not paid to endorse colo-cation.com, just a happy customer who wants to make sure others can get the same piece of mind for a decent price.
