I’ve had a dedicated server with them for a little over 3 years. I’ve had very little down time. Any problems have been taken care of immediately. Very good at helping with any thing I need regarding my server software. I’m going to have to say the support is just excellent. Very competitive pricing also.

I use Exmasters dedicated server. I have 2 dedicated server located in Europe. The guys are really pro, tech support is very fast, i can contect them by phione or skype or icq. The prices are compehetitive and bandwith is garanteed and not shared.

I used Exmasters shared server, I was pleased with the service, I did not notice any downtime and support tickets were dealt with in a timely manner however… I moved away from them as they had in 2007-2008 been black listed by a lot of link list owners due to some undesireable sites being permitted to use their hosting. This might have changed by now and I guess it depends on if you are hoping to host any freesites.

Exmaster is fantastic in my opinion been with them 3-4 years now great support, great pricing, Used there dedicated servers….never had a problem with them. If a problem does arise they get right on it! Quick, fast and little or no down… right pleasant to do business with! I rate them high ..would not change them for the world!
